How to Return or Exchange muscletruffle®

  1. Contact us for an unique return or exchange code before you ship.
  2. Returns and exchanges should be made to:

  3. Once we receive your package at our Los Angeles office, we will process your request and a refund will be issued or an exchange will be shipped within 10 business days. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method with which the order was purchased.
    Note: Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of their delivery date. All packages need to closed, with the exception of 1 package, for a full refund to be issued.
  4. For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

What do I do if my muscletruffle® package is damaged?
 It can happen that in transit the package is damaged. Do not eat the truffles.
If you purchased your item at a retailer or another online source, please contact your particular retailer for their return policy.

 If the return or exchange inquiry is in fact due to a muscletruffle® error and the purchase was on, we will investigate the situation in a timely manner and exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method. Return & exchange inquiries must be made within 30 days of purchase.
